Sekiwah Amina*

* Pictured above is sister Sekiwah Amina who was initially scheduled to undergo spine surgery during the last MPAC Sakinah free medical campaign at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital. Due to the complexity of her condition and need for further investigation, her surgery was put on hold as the last nationwide doctors strike lasted. During this period, her condition worsened as she felt she, unlike other beneficiaries, would not be touched by your kindness. Each day before she finally had her surgery, she would ask: "Will you help me get back on my feet?"  Alhamdulilah, by the will of Allah and through your generosity, we have fulfilled our promise to her. Sis Sekiwah successfully had her surgery and is now on her way to full recovery, by the will of Allah. With tear-filled eyes, here is sis Sekiwah first comments to you after her surgery:   "Thank you for touching my life. You will never really know how much you have helped me". We pray that Allah completely heal her, amin.
