Itโs 3ย days to the blessed month of Ramadan. ๐
With Ramadan only days away, preparing the heart is just as important as preparing our routines. Spiritual growth begins internally โ by examining what we carry within: envy, pride, resentment, and insincerity.
Unchecked spiritual diseases can quietly erode the reward of worship. A heart weighed down by jealousy or arrogance struggles to experience the full beauty of Ramadan. Purifying the heart allows sincerity, humility, and contentment to flourish.
Allah says:
O you who believe, fear Allah. And let every soul look to what it has put forth for tomorrow.โ
โ Surah Al-Hashr 59:18
This verse calls believers to self-accountability โ to reflect not only on actions, but on intentions and inner states.
As we approach Ramadan, this is the time to:
- Release envy over othersโ blessings
- Let go of pride and arrogance
- Seek sincerity in every act of worship
A purified heart receives Ramadan differently โ with softness, focus, and nearness to Allah.
Action for Today:
Reflect on the state of your heart. Make duโa to remove envy, pride, and insincerity, and ask Allah to fill your heart with sincerity and contentment.
