It’s 30 days to the blessed month of Ramadan.

Every act of worship in Islam begins with intention. As Ramadan approaches, it is important to pause and renew our intentions — to fast, pray, give charity, and draw closer to Allah with sincerity.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Actions are judged by intentions, and every person will have what they intended.”
Sahih al-Bukhari 1, Sahih Muslim 1907

Take time today to reflect on why you are welcoming Ramadan and what you hope to gain from it spiritually.
