It’s 24 days to the blessed month of Ramadan.

A heart weighed down by resentment and grudges struggles to fully benefit from Ramadan. Preparing for this sacred month includes forgiving others and seeking Allah’s forgiveness so that we enter Ramadan with a purified heart.

The Prophet ﷺ taught us a special du‘a to seek forgiveness during Ramadan:

“Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun tuhibbul ‘afwa fa‘fu ‘anni.”

O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness, so forgive me.
