It’s 18 days to the blessed month of Ramadan.
Dhikr (remembrance of Allah) softens the heart, brings tranquility, and nurtures a constant awareness of Allah. As we prepare for Ramadan, building a habit of dhikr helps steady the soul for the spiritual focus, discipline, and beauty the month brings.
Allah says in the Qur’an:
أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ
“Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.”
(Surah Ar-Ra‘d 13:28)
Even simple words of remembrance carry immense reward when done consistently and with sincerity.
Simple adhkār to begin with today:
SubḥānAllāh – Alḥamdulillāh – Allāhu Akbar – Astaghfirullāh
Action for today:
Set aside moments throughout your day for dhikr and make remembrance part of your daily routine as Ramadan approaches.
